I am so glad you are considering the opportunity to begin or continue your journey toward personal growth and healing.

Entering into therapy is a big step. An important aspect of helping you to comfortably make this step is to provide a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. That is my goal. People begin counseling because they want something to change in their lives. l facilitate positive change by encouraging exploration, processing relevant issues with you, and helping to identify healthy and unhealthy coping mechanisms in your life. Whether you are new to therapy or returning to therapy to readdress old issues and explore new areas, I believe that I can help you. I welcome you to my practice.

Services

I provide individual therapy to adults of all ages. I have extensive experience working with mood disorders, relationship difficulties, life transitions, sexual abuse/trauma recovery, self esteem issues and eating disorders.

Sessions and Fees

The initial intake assessment is scheduled for 60 minutes. The fee is $200. Each follow-up therapy session is $165 and 50 minutes in length. I do reserve a limited number of sliding scale slots based on individual financial circumstances. Client sessions are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m.

I accept and can submit billing for out-of network insurance companies; I am Tricare Certified Non Network.

COVID-19 Accommodations

I currently provide teletherapy through a HIPAA-compliant video platform, as well as in-office therapy following CDC and Florida Department of Health guidelines.  Given the fluid circumstances related to the pandemic, a shift to telehealth sessions only may become necessary.
